Every year right around this time, it's the same thing..."My New Years resolution is..." It's usually the same thing made many years before. Lose weight, eat healthier, get a better job, get a house, etc.  Do we really need a certain time of year to decide to do those things?  Wait, so you're telling me that you're going all year long thinking you would like one, or all of these things to happen in the next year, but you aren't going to attempt to achieve any of those things until the next year?  I used to be one of those...

When you get pregnant, everyone is so quick to tell you all the joys of motherhood, all the horrors of pregnancy, the joys of pregnancy. But they never tell you the horrors you may face after pregnancy, or in some cases, during pregnancy. Post partum depression. Much like a lot of other things, PPD used to be very “taboo”, it was not highly talked about, instead, they called it “baby blues”, making it sound as if all you do is shed a few tears after baby is born and that’s it.  Even in today’s society it’s still not talked about...
