Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Returns are only available for manufactured items handmade items do not fall under this category.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require your order number as proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@kandadesignsco.com.
HANDMADE ITEMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE/NON RETURNABLE. Only exception is if your item arrives damaged or you are sent the wrong item. If that should happen please email sales@kandadesignsco.com
All orders are shipped from Navarre, Florida our one and only location. Orders are processed Monday through Friday within 3-5 business days. Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not considered “business” hours. All orders fall under the 3-5 day process time with the exception of custom orders.
We strive to give you the lowest shipping costs possible, when completing your checkout please make sure to review all options available to you. Sometimes larger orders can go cheaper via UPS or Fedex.
We ship to any location in the U.S., as well as APO/FPO and Canada. For any other locations please feel free to contact us in advance for a shipping estimate. Any shipping outside of the U.S. (excluding APO/FPO) shipping will be charged according to current shipping rates.
If by some slight chance your package shows delivered, or tracking does not update, please contact your local post office with the tracking number to file a claim. Remember! If it is a first class package, they will not cover that package, insurance on packages are extra which we do not cover. We are not responsible for sending you new items to replace what is lost in transit or stolen, HOWEVER, we do value our customers and will look into any situations that may arise.
If your package is returned to us, you are responsible to pay the shipping to have the order reshipped to you. If we can not get in contact with you, your items will be refunded. Shipping is non refundable.
Terms
All handmade items are “perfectly imperfect, handmade with love”. This simply means that no two items will be alike. There may be minor flaws. By purchasing from us and clicking the terms checkbox that means you understand that items are perfectly imperfect.
